The Winnard family acquired Batt and Brown Standish Branch in 1992 and continued to trade as Batt and Brown for 18 years. The Estate Agency practice has been directed for several years by Senior Partners Craig and Darren Winnard with a name change to Winnard & Brown on 1st January 2010.
Darren and Craig Winnard were born and raised in Wigan and have immense knowledge of the area and its property prices.
